STRATEGIC COLLABORATIVE PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT

HollySprings, NC, June 1, 2005 – Digiton Corporation and Custom Technology Solutions, LLC (CTS) sign a collaborative partnership agreement to offer comprehensive and strategic business consulting and IT services and solutions for the automotive aftermarket and biopharmaceutical industries.

With this partnership, CTS and Digiton can provide extensive and powerful inventory management capabilities including procurement, forecasting and statistical analysis of inventory, pricing and cost data for its automotive aftermarket and biopharmaceutical clients’ supply chain needs.
